I am an independent, locally based landlord, who having been a Durham University student many years ago knows the importance of the living out experience. I have a small portfolio of properties (5) in the much sought after viaduct area on the popular streets of May Street and Hawthorn Terrace which are less than 10 minutes walk from the city centre.

The properties are all furnished and decorated to a high standard with modern bathrooms and kitchens. The properties and their contents are regularly checked and maintained by myself and local tradesmen who I have used for many years and who are essential to maintaining high standards.

All the properties have HMO licenses or Code of Standard approval by DSU Accommodation Office. They are all gas, electrically and energy certificated with wired in smoke detectors, emergency lighting and carbon monoxide detectors. Deposits are lodged with the deposit protection scheme.

As a local landlord with over 10 years experience I am able to respond quickly to the needs and concerns of my student tenants.
