When we moved into 43 Hawthorn Terrace, it was clean and tidy, and throughout the year Caron paid very quick attention to any maintenance that needed doing. She was hugely approachable and did not hesitate to assist us in any way possible. This was very comforting to us as it was our first time in rented accommodation. She made us all aware of the fire safety procedure as well as how to read the gas and electricity meter and how to work the central heating. Caron was also fair to us in terms of the level of cleanliness she required, she set out standards but allowed for general wear and tear.   I am very happy with the choice we made to go with a private landlord, my experiences were far better than any of my friends as Caron consistently ensured that we were all happy and comfortable” –

“The process of renting a house was new to all of us, but Caron made it straightforward and easy following several useful meetings outlining the process, what was expected of us and what we could expect in return. After becoming residents in the house this professionalism continued. We had very few problems and all of them were quickly rectified. As the time to move out approached, we were again all made aware of the entire process; there were never any hidden expectations or clauses. When we moved in the house was clean, everything was in working order and the rooms were well supplied with the utilities and furniture that had been promised.
